I did it.
I finished.
13.1 miles.
2 hours 17 minutes (actual time).
93rd in my age group.
I actually ran the whole way. It downpoured twice (and it felt good!).
I am still in disbelief. I just ran a half marathon.
For those of you who live around here that's like running from the Spencer road exit to my house. WOW!
It was a great day, a fantastic run, and my husband and kids cheered us on at miles 5,7,10 and 13.1, even in the pouring rain. Aren't they unbelieveable. (Especially ocnsidering we were all up at 5:30 this morning!)
