The coughing, sneezing, stuffy head, so you can REST medicine

When you get sick, your body gets fatigued. Right? It's the body's natural way to tell you, "hey, I'm not doing so great. Could you get some extra rest to help me out here?" But instead, I take DayQuil in the day and NyQuil at night so I can aptly ignore my body's requests. I plunge into my day thinking if I can just get A-J done I can really rest. Of course I don't get that far down my list but I bustle around all day. Then I get frustrated that I'm not getting well. What ever happened to a sick day? I need my bed, some chicken noodle soup, and my mommy.
