The coughing, sneezing, stuffy head, so you can REST medicine
When you get sick, your body gets fatigued. Right? It's the body's natural way to tell you, "hey, I'm not doing so great. Could you get some extra rest to help me out here?" But instead, I take DayQuil in the day and NyQuil at night so I can aptly ignore my body's requests. I plunge into my day thinking if I can just get A-J done I can really rest. Of course I don't get that far down my list but I bustle around all day. Then I get frustrated that I'm not getting well. What ever happened to a sick day? I need my bed, some chicken noodle soup, and my mommy.

I am so sorry that you are sick. I fully agree that mommy's need sick days complete with cozy bed, warm soup, hot tea, and buttered toast--and of course, a mommy.
Here's an easy remedy I use in listening to my body:
When you can no longer pronounce the word "Stuffy", that's a que to rest. Let me hear you say it... "Stubpy".
Ahh, I thought so. Go lay down:)
awww this mommy needs a sick day too and I'm not even home all day anymore :)
Moms should get sick days...whose job is it to make that a law???
GO TO BED. That's an order.
PS) Don't take too much Nyquil because you may actual not have a restful sleep and may talk in your sleep - and that could scare the family :)
